Welcome to B2M Style (b2mstyle.com). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products (men’s shirts, women’s tops, and related apparel).

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website.

1. Eligibility and Account Setup

Age Requirement: To place an order on B2M Style, you must be at least 18 years of age or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Account Accuracy: When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.
Account Termination: We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.

2. Product Descriptions and Pricing

Apparel Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors, fabrics, and fits of our men’s shirts and women’s tops as accurately as possible. However, because actual colors depend on your monitor or mobile screen display, we cannot guarantee that the display of any color will be 100% accurate.
Pricing Currency: All prices listed on b2mstyle.com are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.
Errors in Pricing: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, B2M Style reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for that product, even if the order has been confirmed and paid for. If your card/wallet has already been charged, a full refund will be issued.

3. Orders, Payments, and Cancellations

Order Acceptance: Receiving an order confirmation email does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time after receipt for reasons including product unavailability, errors in product/pricing information, or payment processing issues.
Payment Methods: We accept secure payments via major credit cards, debit cards, Net Banking, UPI, and authorized mobile wallets through our integrated payment gateways.
Cash on Delivery (COD): If COD is available for your pin code, you agree to pay the exact invoice amount in cash at the time of delivery. Repetitive refusal of COD orders may result in the permanent suspension of your account’s COD privileges.
Order Cancellation by Customer: You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order is shipped, cancellations cannot be processed, and you must follow our Return Policy.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Areas: We ship to valid addresses across India. Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and courier service availability (typically 3 to 7 business days).
Delivery Delays: While we partner with top logistics provider companies in India, B2M Style is not liable for delivery delays caused by unexpected weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or transit issues standard to courier networks.
Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the item.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Policy Window: We offer a 7 return/exchange window from the date of delivery for shirts and tops that do not fit or have manufacturing defects.
Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, apparel must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and inside its original packaging with all brand tags and labels completely intact.
Important Notice on Damages: We highly recommend filming a quick video while unboxing your package. This serves as vital proof if you receive an item that was damaged during transit.
Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5 to 7 working days.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Content Ownership: All content on b2mstyle.com—including text, graphics, graphics layouts, logos, images, UI design, button icons, and product descriptions—is the exclusive property of B2M Style and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.
Prohibited Use: You may not extract, copy, reproduce, or modify any part of this website for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from us.

7. Limitation of Liability

B2M Style, its directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website, product performance issues, or unauthorized access to your data. Our maximum liability to you for any order-related dispute shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you for the specific product in question.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of your use of this website or purchases made on b2mstyle.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamil Nadu.

9. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
