This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping rates, delivery timelines, and standard operating procedures.

1. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping Thresholds

We aim to keep shipping transparent and affordable. Our fee structure is as follows:

Note: The COD fee is charged by our logistics partners to securely manage cash collections and is strictly non-refundable.

2. Order Processing and Dispatch Timelines

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed, quality-checked, and packed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after order confirmation.
  • Cut-off Times: Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST are usually handed over to our courier partners on the same day.
  • Address Alterations: If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us at support@b2mstyle.com within 4 hours of placing the order. Once an order is dispatched, we cannot reroute the package.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

We partner with leading Indian logistics companies (including Delhivery, BlueDart, Ecom Express, and Xpressbees) to ensure reliable delivery. Once dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 2 to 4 business days.
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities (State capitals and major towns): 4 to 6 business days.
  • Northeast India, J&K, and Remote Locations: 6 to 9 business days.

Expect Delays During Peak Seasons: Delivery timelines may be slightly extended during major Indian festive seasons (such as Diwali, Eid, Puja), mega-sale events, or unexpected regional weather disruptions (like heavy monsoons).

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we will send you a shipment confirmation email and SMS containing:

  • The name of the assigned courier partner.
  • Your unique Tracking ID / AWB Number.
  • A direct link to track your shipment in real-time.

You can also track your shipment natively by visiting the “Track Order” section in your b2mstyle.com account dashboard.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification

To maintain operational efficiency and minimize fake orders, B2M Style reserves the right to verify COD orders.

  • After placing a COD order, you may receive an automated WhatsApp confirmation message or a quick verification call from our team.
  • Your order will only be dispatched after successful confirmation. Unverified COD orders will be automatically cancelled after 48 hours.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged in Transit: If the outer courier packaging looks severely tampered with, torn, or crushed upon arrival, do not accept the delivery and inform the delivery agent immediately.
  • Important Proof: As stated in our Return Policy, we strongly advise recording a clean, unedited video while unboxing your package. If any item inside is missing or damaged, this video is required to process an immediate replacement.
  • Lost Packages: If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the courier partner but you have not received it, please raise a complaint with us within 24 hours. We will open an investigation case with the logistics provider to resolve the dispute.
